I update the HF200 Canon HG10?
The image quality of the HG10 is impressive despite being 1440 x 1080 (Full HD is not as advertised), I'm thinking To upgrade to the VIXIA HF200, which has full HD recording with a higher bit rate. Has other advantages such as SD storage card instead of hard disk as in the HG10 (which was a bit annoying). They say the video quality is better on the HF200 in low light (it was a little grainy on the HG10). My first concern is quality video, and as I know this may depend on other factors that can not give up easily HG10 some extra features announced in the HF200 (a Despite having better reviews on cnet.com). So, does anyone have a suggestion?
The difference between HG and HG Hf is that it uses a hard drive and high frequency uses a flash drive. I personally bought HF 200 for this reason today. I chose flash drive because it is lighter and no parts are moving inside. However, I am actually thinking of return it for a HF S100, since it is much better. Works better in low light and has a better screen resolution, how about HF obtaining S100? is only about 200 or 300 dollars more expensive. I think it's a better investment if you are going to have for a long time.
